Reforma duplex en Majadahonda

280 m2 spread over two floors

After a partial demolition of the existing distribution, a new open ground floor is proposed. The new lower floor is organized around a big central ‘cabinet‘ containing a toilet, a pantry and storage space. In he upper floor,  the bedrooms are organized around a common central space.

The reinforcement of thermal insulation, along with new windows and cold/hot radiant floor, greatly improved the house´s energy efficiency.
